According to the Culture Now / Museum without Walls site:
The image depicts a woman leaning against a cornucopia. The woman in the image was modeled after Mrs. Evangeline Wilbour Blashfield, who proposed a fountain at the site to bring water to the local Farmer's Market. She passed away during the planning stages of the fountain; because of this, the scope of the plan was broadened to include an image of her as a memorial. The title of the mosaic is called "Abundance," which is linked to the water-giving fountain, and the Farmer's Market goods sold near the sculpture.
